Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager and Change Management Lead to drive strategic, cross-functional projects that impact the entire organization. This role will oversee the delivery of medium to highly complex projects, ranging from regulatory change to customer experience and operational transformation.

You will lead change initiatives that cut across departments and geographies, working closely with executive stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, alignment with business goals, and seamless change adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of transversal projects, including defining project scope, setting milestones, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and key deliverables.
• Develop structured project plans and implementation roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead regular project governance meetings, ensuring transparency around risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Design and drive a project communication strategy, ensuring timely reporting, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making documentation.
• Collaborate across departments and functions—Regulatory, Operations, Business Development, Client Onboarding, and IT.
• Coordinate with affiliated offices to transpose project-related changes and new policies into operational workflows.
• Ensure project outcomes are measurable and aligned with organizational transformation objectives.

Your Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project and change management, ideally within financial services or regulatory environments.
• Solid understanding of European financial regulations and how they influence operational models.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-border, cross-functional programs within a matrix organization.
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory or strategic initiatives into executable business projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of building consensus among stakeholders at all levels.
• Autonomous, hands-on, and adaptable with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and French—written and spoken.
