A profitable fintech scale-up is doubling its core engineering team. With a lean, high-calibre group already in place, they’re now hiring just a few exceptional engineers to help architect, scale, and refine a platform that powers global financial access , securely, simply, and fast.

This isn’t about just shipping features. It’s about building real infrastructure. Systems that handle compliance, performance, and integration complexity — and make them look easy.

🧱 What you’ll do

• Design and build reliable, developer-facing systems (APIs, SDKs, internal tools)
• Tackle real scaling challenges with millions of users and hundreds of integrations
• Collaborate with a deeply technical CTO and product-minded peers
• Own architecture decisions, influence direction, and ship with confidence

🧠 What you bring

• Senior or Staff-level experience in product-first companies (ideally B2B, SaaS, or payments)
• Strength in backend or platform engineering — think Node.js, TypeScript, Golang, or Java
• Ability to work across the stack (some FE/SDK/mobile touchpoints ~20%)
• Curiosity, great written/verbal communication, and a builder’s mindset
• Bonus: experience building tools for developers (SDKs, APIs, or terminal interfaces)

💰 Compensation

• €100K–120K salary
• 20% bonus derived from company and personal performance
