Job Description:

Expert Level:

• Option 1: Completion of university studies of at least 4 years, attested by a diploma, with 9+ years of relevant professional experience gained after the award of the diploma.
• Option 2: Completion of university studies of at least 3 years, attested by a diploma, with 10+ years of relevant professional experience gained after the award of the diploma.

Tasks and Services to be Performed

Technical Support:

• Provide technical expertise for upgrades and modifications to the existing and new Client Cisco infrastructure, including Software Defined Networks (SDN) migration.

Incident Troubleshooting:

• Handle 2nd and 3rd level escalations.
• Assist in incident troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Occasional Weekend/After-Hours Work:

• Perform tasks approximately every 4-6 weeks, subject to Client’s prior written approval outlining the scope of permitted overtime.

On-Call Service:

• Be available for on-call duties as required.

Documentation:

• Prepare and supply installation, technical support, and maintenance documentation.

Installation and Maintenance:

• Execute network configuration installations, maintenance, and support activities across production and other environments, adhering to organizational processes and procedures.

Change and Release Management:

• Perform activities linked to the secure Client Cisco infrastructure.

Mandatory:

• A minimum of 9 years of professional experience in Network and Collaboration Solutions within large enterprise environments.
• Participation in at least 5 projects involving network design and deployment.

Strong expertise in CISCO Networks.

Certification: CCNP.
