We are looking for an Amazing: PMO

Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or PMO-CP are a plus).
• 5 years of experience in a PMO, project coordinator, or project management support role.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Fluent in English (C1) and Portuguese.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Familiarity with portfolio management tools and reporting frameworks (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience working in a global or multi-site organization.
• Knowledge of IT governance or regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO, DORA, GDPR) is a plus.
