As part of a long-term project with one of our Swiss clients, we are hiring a DevOps Engineer (M/F) to work on the implementation and optimization of continuous integration and deployment pipelines in a cloud and containerized environment.
Role and responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain robust and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Monitor development, testing, and production environments
- Work closely with development and operations teams
- Ensure deployment security, traceability, and resilience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client’s DevOps tools and practices
Expected skills:
- Strong command of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or equivalent)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Good scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell...)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible…)
- Understanding of security, monitoring, and high availability best practices
Profile:
- Master's Degree in computer science or equivalent
- Proven experience (2 to 5 years minimum) in DevOps roles
- Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable in critical environments
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and/or French; German is a big plus
- Valid administrative situation to work in Switzerland
