System Engineer / Endpoint Management

As part of a long-term engagement with one of our key clients in Switzerland, we are recruiting a full-time System Engineer (M/F) with strong endpoint management expertise and a solid understanding of modern workplace environments.

Role and responsibilities:

• Manage and improve endpoint environments (Windows, macOS, mobile devices) using Microsoft Intune and related tools
• Design and document processes for application deployment, update policies, compliance configurations and testing procedures
• Define and implement scalable processes for laptop lifecycle management (enrollment, updates, decommissioning, etc.)
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve existing workflows and tools related to end-user device management
• Ensure integration and tracking within ServiceNow (incident, change and asset management)
• Support device-related security, automation and standardization initiatives
• Contribute to workplace infrastructure improvements and cloud service integrations (Azure AD, M365)

Required skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Experience managing Windows and Apple devices in a corporate environment
• Proven ability to build, document and improve deployment and compliance processes
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (ITSM processes)
• Knowledge of Azure services, particularly in a modern workplace or device management context is a plus
• Ability to work independently and interact with international teams
• Fluent in English is mandatory; German is a big plus; French is appreciated

Profile sought:

• Master's Degree in IT, systems engineering, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in endpoint or workplace engineering roles
• Strong process-oriented mindset with attention to operational excellence
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Valid work authorization in Switzerland
