🔎 Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and spearhead the development of Venga's fintech products and features. You will work directly alongside the CEO and other Product Managers to understand Venga's existing product strategy while owning the fintech & B2B product development processes from concept ideation and partnership development to user acquisition. In parallel, you will take full ownership of Venga's B2B direction and lead and form it from zero. This role required a deep knowledge and understanding of the fintech and payment space. 💻 What You'll Be Doing

• Work with the CEO to understand and execute Venga's product vision and development roadmap.
• Manage the whole Product Lifecycle Management. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch and iteration—ensuring effective prioritisation throughout the process.
• You will be the backlog owner, creating and prioritising user stories, following and creating the product roadmap.
• Take ownership of technology leadership. You will lead and innovate, ensuring our product is at the forefront of the industry.
• Dissect Venga's existing UX/UI to gain a deep understanding of the product and UX flows.
• Take over and lead all fintech partnership development.
• Own entire fintech & B2B product development processes from concept ideation and partnership development to user acquisition.
• Create BRDs and financial models to prove the feasibility of new product ideas.
• Prepare overall business process BPMN and/or web sequence diagrams to show the end-to-end product functionality.
• Split product features into epics and user stories and write detailed descriptions of each user story that will be ready for engineering.
• You will manage a squad of engineers and communicate with them on all product needs and goals so that engineering goes smoothly and all deadlines are met.
• Working with the design team, you will manage the UX/UI design process from start to finish, from wireframes to finished designs, building the UX flows in Figma yourself, and owning the UX/UI for your products.
• You will set KPIs and track usability results while proactively proposing product enhancements to elevate user experiences and boost retention.
• You will continuously conduct usability tests, surveys, and user interviews to gather data that you will feed into the product and relay to the marketing team.
• You will create customer-facing guides and product FAQs that all internal teams will be able to use.

👤 Who You Are & What You'll Need

• You are from fintech and have a proven track record working in a fast-growing company in the space.
• Any crypto, blockchain, and web3 knowledge is a huge plus.
• You have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager/ProductOwner.
• You have 2+ years of working with UX/UI in Figma.
• You have rich experience in product metrics and analytics, and can help set up tracking from scratch.
• A very high level of English.
• A high level of Spanish.
• Strong copywriting and reviewing skills in both languages.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or other relevant qualification.
• Product Management and UX/UI Certifications will give you an advantage.
• Excellent planning and project management skills, preferably with experience in agile methodologies and the scrum framework.
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and are ready to get involved in multiple processes simultaneously.
• You are exceptionally well organized and can stay calm when working to tight deadlines.
• You can break complex problems into viable and actionable chunks and solve each problem accurately and effectively.
