CJR Renewables is a global service provider. Offering full EPC/BoP/BoS solutions in the renewable energy sector, operating across all projects implementation processes.
Responsibilities:
Support the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary calculations and payments.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, contract changes, and terminations.
Assist in administering employee benefits, attendance, and leave records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Provide support in preparing HR reports and documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or/and HR certificates
Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll administration.
Good understanding of labor legislation and payroll principles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS or payroll software is a plus.
English and Romanian skills (spoken and written).
