🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll provide day-to-day leadership for our engineering squads and be a crucial piece in our mission of reorganizing our product/engineering structure. You will:

• Provide leadership over core engineering tasks daily
• Align your team's technical strategy with the short and long-term visions of the business
• Interface with the product team to translate product needs into deliverables
• Help us retain, develop, and attract top engineering talent
• Guide architecture decisions: how to build complex applications that are maintainable and scalable; our stack includes: .NET micro-services, Swift (IOS) and Android for mobile apps, and a web platform currently migrating to React + Next.js
• Maintain an overview of architectural decisions, discuss technical solutions with the rest of the team, and institute measures to keep the code base clean
• Staying interested in problem solving and enjoying finding the simplest possible solution to complex problems

💡 Who You Are

• You have experience in building or leading software development teams
• You have a background with Frontend stacks like JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, etc, or you have led a Frontend team
• You know Agile development methodologies
• You have experience with Development lifecycle tools and processes (Github, Jira, Confluence)
• You have experience in a high-volume environment or products with millions of users
• You have the ability to adapt and respond to rapidly evolving product needs
• You like to work in multicultural environments
• You are fluent in English
• Bonus Points if you have experience in one of the sectors in which we work, i.e, payment platforms, FinTech, or telecoms (not mandatory)
