Product Manager

Role Summary:

This role focuses on enabling the development of AI strategies and structured prioritization of use cases across multiple domains. A key responsibility will be to create a practical playbook for identifying opportunities, conducting discovery, and guiding domains—especially those without dedicated product managers—through the development of their AI roadmaps and use case pipelines.

A tangible outcome will be the creation of domain-level AI strategies, with several high-priority use cases identified and progressed into proof-of-value (PoV) phases.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a structured framework for AI strategy development and use case discovery and prioritization
• Collaborate with domain teams to define AI roadmaps, helping them structure and prioritize their AI initiatives
• Build repeatable ways of working for AI experimentation—defining how PoVs are run, how success is measured, how handovers are managed, and how teams are set up for long-term ownership
• Drive 1–2 use cases through the full process this year, from idea to PoV execution
• Act as a product manager or product owner for the AI acceleration initiative, helping existing use cases advance toward execution
• Provide flexible support across the product organization—such as assisting with OKRs, mentoring product teams, and modeling strong product practices
  
  

Experience & Competencies:

• Proven background in product management, with a strong product mindset
• Solid experience in developing and scaling data and AI-driven solutions, from early concept to production
• Skilled at running lean PoCs and fast iterations to validate ideas
• Ability to navigate uncertainty, embrace learning from failed attempts, and adjust course accordingly
• Adept at translating complex technical capabilities into value-driven features and user stories
• Balanced focus on short-term experiments and long-term platform or product scalability in backlog planning
• Capable of educating non-technical stakeholders about AI’s potential, value propositions, and limitations
• Strong advocate for responsible AI, including compliance with ethical standards and governance practices
• Understanding of modern data architecture concepts, including data mesh, data contracts, and interoperability
