About The Role

As our Talent Development Partner, you will join our global Talent & Organizational Development (T&OD) team to help navigate growth successfully, while developing high performing leaders and teams.

You will play a key role in delivering our organizational and talent development strategies. Through collaborating closely with our Head of Talent & Organizational Development and multiple teams across the organization, you will ensure the effectiveness of the performance management, succession management and talent review processes. Besides iterating our new hire onboarding process and employee engagement efforts, you will contribute to initiatives to enhance our culture as an inclusive and equitable learning organization.

This new role offers the chance to broaden your expertise in L&D, change management, and the use of AI in Talent Management and OD practices, all within a fast-growing organization driven by purpose. We hire for potential and a growth mindset—your drive, attitude, and willingness to learn matter more than checking every box. If you're experienced in talent management and organizational development, and you're creative, open to experimentation, and thrive in dynamic environments, this is a great opportunity for you!

Please note: This is a hybrid role, 3 days from our office in Stockholm city with flexible working hours. This role can include occasional project-based travel (1-2 times per year) to our Pittsburgh office in the US and possibly to our other offices across the world. Business travels are communicated in advance.

In this role you will:

  • Oversee the performance & development cycle (goal setting, midyear check-ins, year-end growth talks) in collaboration with HRBPs.
  • Manage the employee engagement survey process with HRIS and HR Generalist colleagues, partner with Marketing & Communications and support leaders with follow-up actions.
  • Lead new hire onboarding surveys and reporting and drive continuous improvement of our onboarding journey with internal stakeholders.
  • Support talent development by helping build talent review and succession management processes with T&OD, HRBPs, and leaders.
  • Drive organizational change & transformation in partnership with HRBPs, the M&A Integration team, and others to build a culture of learning and adaptability.
  • Advance DEI initiatives, including projects to promote inclusion of individuals with disabilities/neurodiversity and coordination of employee resource groups (ERGs).
  • Foster a sustainable learning culture and growth mindset in line with our values, supporting teams and individuals across the business.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs, working closely with our Learning & Development Partner.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone that has:

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent of a degree in a related field.
  • Recent achievements within talent management, such as driving and developing talent management and performance management processes.
  • Knowledge in employee engagement and experience in employee onboarding, preferably as an onboarding process owner.
  • Experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives is appreciated.
  • Experience in change management and knowledge of change models and best practices.
  • Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with handling and analyzing data.
  • Project Management, time management and prioritization skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with various levels across the organization.
  • Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal, is necessary.
  • Admin experience on Workday or experience working with Workday Talent module is a plus.
