Position: Team Assistant/Scrum Master Support – Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong for the next 12 months)
Date: 1.06.2025 – 30.05.2026
Location: Poland, Wrocław
Education Recommendations: Project Management, Administration or related field
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual who can support our project teams with their everyday tasks and contribute to the seamless operation of our projects.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
As a part of our team, you will:
- Assist project teams and director with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange logistics to optimize team productivity
- Help prepare documentation, materials, etc.
- Organize and coordinate internal events
You have:
- Active student status for at least one year from the time of hire
- Good English language skills in both writing and speaking
- Openness to hybrid work from the Wrocław office
- Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week
- Very good skill in MS Office package
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good organization of work, independence of action, proactive approach and creativity
- Experience in a similar position
