About the role: We are seeking a strategic and autonomous Senior Customer Success Expert to design, lead, and scale our customer success initiatives across a rapidly growing portfolio of enterprise software solutions in aviation and logistics.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in B2B software environments, can operate without daily supervision, and is passionate about building long-term, value-driven customer relationships.


This position will:

  • Build and execute customer success strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes for our B2B clients.
  • Design and own CS business processes including onboarding, enablement, QBRs, renewals, and health monitoring.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, fostering trust and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Implementation Teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track customer success KPIs, generate insight-driven reports, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional readiness efforts ahead of each product go-live and ensure seamless customer transition.
  • Identify customer expansion opportunities and feed them into the account growth engine.


How do we describe the perfect match?


Must Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in customer success or enterprise account management in software product companies.
  • Strong experience with aviation, air cargo, logistics, or mission-critical enterprise platforms is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex customer relationships with minimal supervision.
  • Track record in designing CS processes and frameworks — onboarding, adoption, renewal, advocacy.
  • Proficiency in CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, Totango, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills in English and Turkish.


Nice To Have:

  • Background in software delivery, solution design, or product enablement.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy requirements, and SLA-driven service models.
  • Experience with AI-driven, cloud-native or modular SaaS platforms.
