We are seeking a motivated Tech Associate (UAE National) to join our growing Technology team. This role offers a unique chance to work with advanced tools, contribute to digital products, and build a strong foundation in one of the region’s most dynamic fintech companies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of digital banking platforms and internal tools
• Support cross-functional technology teams in delivering high-impact solutions that improve user experience
• Contribute to agile development processes, including sprints, code reviews, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Stay informed on emerging technology trends and contribute innovative ideas
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• UAE National with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience or relevant internships in technology or IT-related roles
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile, and diverse team setting
