Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant Node.js applications for a banking application project
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to the design and architecture of the application, ensuring scalability and maintainability
• Develop and maintain documentation for applications, including architecture diagrams, code comments, and API documentation
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and adherence to best practices
• Identify and resolve technical issues, and implement improvements to optimize application performance
• Participate in the planning and estimation of project timelines, and ensure that milestones are met
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Node.js development, and incorporate them into the team's work
• Mentor junior developers, helping them grow and develop their skills
• Collaborate with other developers to share knowledge and ensure consistency across projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Mandatory: 5+ years of experience in Node.js development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus
• Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in mentoring and leading a team of developers is a plus
