As a Training Coordinator in P&H, you will be responsible for linking the central training team with the product centers and regions. Your responsibilities will include supporting training centers and the regional network in planning and implementing training initiatives that align with established plans and guidelines. Key duties involve facilitating effective communication, monitoring training compliance, and managing training catalog offerings. Additionally, ensuring that training certificates are up-to-date and promptly issued to approved candidates will be a critical aspect of this role.
