You’ll join our internal transformation and operations team, supporting key stakeholders across business units. Your focus will be to bring clarity to complexity, structure to ambiguity, and insights to decision-making.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Analyze and document business processes, systems, services, and products
• Identify and propose efficiency improvements through better processes and smarter use of technology
• Conduct impact assessments, variance analysis, and business case evaluations
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements
• Support data-driven decisions with KPI monitoring and financial metrics analysis
• Maintain accurate documentation, including process models (e.g., BPMN) and operational guides

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a solution-oriented professional with a structured mindset, who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Must-haves

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or similar roles
• Solid understanding of process modeling, continuous improvement, and change impact
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT Engineering, or related field
• English level B2–C1 (you’ll collaborate with international colleagues)
  
  

Preferred Profiles

• ERP Functional Consultant with end-user experience
• Business-focused PMO or internal transformation analyst
• Industrial Engineer with strong data skills
• Business graduate with focus in Business/Data Analytics
