Business Analyst Application Development

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in any Low Codes platform to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining use cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative applications using the Power Apps low-code platform.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
• Create wireframes, mockups, and use case diagrams to visualize the proposed solutions and align expectations.
• Act as a product owner proxy, collaborating closely with Low Code developers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure accurate delivery of business requirements.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating test execution, and validating business outcomes.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities within existing processes and propose optimized digital solutions
• Develop training materials, user manuals, and documentation to support end-users and stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover, go-live support, and post-implementation follow-up
  
  

Requirements

Experience (Yrs& Field) : 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least experience in any low/high project environments

Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Professional Certifications NA

Skills & Abilities

Knowledge in BPMN flowchart creation tools.

Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and SDLC principles.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Translating technical concepts into layman’s terms.

Knowledge of MS Office applications
