Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our team in the London Area, United Kingdom. This is a full-time, hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely part of the week. You’ll take the lead in front-end initiatives, work closely with UI/UX designers and back-end engineers, and help shape how users interact with our web platforms built around AI and energy innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end components using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Build clean, scalable, and responsive interfaces based on design mock-ups and user needs.
- Work closely with designers and back-end engineers to deliver seamless, performant applications.
- Lead front-end architecture and technical decision-making.
- Manage and improve front-end deployment processes, including integration with CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster engineering best practices.
- Stay current with front-end trends, frameworks, and performance tools.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling.
- Hands-on experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Experience deploying front-end apps and working within CI/CD environments.
- Proficient in Git and working with RESTful APIs.
- Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
