Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the new HR Information System (HRIS) and related applications (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of HRIS and related applications across Asia Pacific countries.
- Conduct training and communication plans to support system transitions.
- Analyze existing HR processes across Asia Pacific countries and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and standardization opportunities.
- Provide regional feedback to implementation of global HR process frameworks (e.g., payroll, onboarding, performance management).
- Ensure compliance with local regulations while driving global best practices.
- Oversee the expansion of HR Shared Services (HRSS) to Asia Pacific countries.
- Streamline workflows between HRSS and local HR teams to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., SLA adherence, cost savings, employee satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify automation opportunities (RPA, AI, self-service tools) to enhance HR operations.
- Partner with IT and vendors to implement digital HR solutions beyond integration (e.g., chatbots, analytics).
- Benchmark against industry trends to ensure HR processes remain competitive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PMP) preferred.Experienc
- 6+ years in HR operations, shared services, or process improvement, preferably in a multinational setting.
- Proven track record in HRIS implementations (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday) and change management.
- Project management skills and certification (such as PMP or Change Management Practitioner) strongly preferred.
- Experience in post-merger integration (PMI), harmonizing HR processes across countries or entities.
- Process Optimization: Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen certification is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret HR data and drive decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in influencing senior leaders and local HR teams.
- Digital Fluency: Familiarity with HR tech trends (e.g., AI, RPA, cloud HR systems). Sound knowledge of SAP HCM is a plus
- Language: Proficiency in English.
