We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Jr/Mid-Level Golang Developer to work on Remote basis.

Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr

Top 3 Must-have Hard Skills

GoLang (intermediate level)

3+ years Software Development experience

Strong communication skills, self starter

Preferred

Must haves: GoLang Experience. Experienced in workflow design, configuration and process development, must understand business process concepts.

Nice to haves: MongoDB and Kafka Experience. Healthcare experience is a plus

Disqualifiers: Lack of GoLang experience and knowledge would immediately disqualify candidate

Performance indicators: we track performance by discussing progress with the Tech Lead, PO and Scrum Master

Best vs. Average: Best candidates will be able to speak to their golang experience, healthcare experience will also put a candidate above average.

Technical Skills

One or more of the following skills are desired.

Knowledge of C# (Programming Language); Java (Programming Language); JavaScript (Programming Language); Python (Programming Language); R (Programming Language); SQL (Programming Language)

Experience with Application Development; Software Development

Knowledge of Programming Concepts; Software Design

Soft Skills

Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty

Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Intermediate - Ability to work independently

License/Certification

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred.
