We are looking for a skilled System Analyst / Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through insightful analysis, system enhancements, and strategic process improvements. The ideal candidate will interpret complex data, design efficient data systems, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.

- Analyze and interpret large volumes of data using statistical techniques, providing actionable insights and regular reports.
- Design and implement data collection systems, databases, and analytics strategies that improve quality and efficiency.
- Gather and manage data from diverse sources, ensuring accurate integration and system reliability.
- Identify, analyze, and visualize trends or patterns in structured and unstructured datasets.
- Clean and validate data by reviewing reports and system outputs to resolve data discrepancies and code issues.
- Collaborate with management to define and prioritize business requirements, information needs, and reporting goals.
- Propose and lead initiatives for continuous improvement in data processes and business operations.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, system development, or business analysis.
- Strong background in data collection, reporting tools, and analytics platforms.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and process optimization techniques is a plus.
