About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to support our Major Projects division in enhancing and improving cyber security levels, particularly during Compression projects. You will be responsible for setting security standards, ensuring alignment with OPCO processes, and contributing to our safe and secure digital transformation journey.

This is an exciting opportunity for a cybersecurity expert who thrives in complex technical environments, including IT/OT integration and emerging technologies such as IoT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide authoritative advice and guidance on managing cyber risks and ensuring adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
• Develop and integrate cybersecurity designs across IT and OT environments, addressing multilevel security requirements.
• Align security architecture and blueprints for new and existing projects.
• Conduct security reviews, identify gaps, and create risk management plans in collaboration with IRM teams.
• Document security architecture requirements throughout project life cycles.
• Propose mitigation plans for security impacts caused by new implementations.
• Stay updated on security technologies and trends, continuously enhancing security posture.
• Interface with vendors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive security compliance.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Professional certifications required (e.g., CISSP, CISA, GIAC, ISO 27001, or equivalent).
• Experience:
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in information security roles.
• Strong exposure to IT and OT environments, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Expertise in national and international information security standards.
• Advanced knowledge of security protocols, secure network design, and system architecture.
• Skills:
• Risk assessment and mitigation.
• Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of IT business applications.
• Up-to-date with cybersecurity trends, especially in digital transformation and IoT contexts.
