Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Consultant with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specializing in tools such as SailPoint IIQ, IdentityNow, NetIQ, and One Identity. The role involves end-to-end IAM solution delivery, including architecture design, implementation, integration, and optimization, with a strong alignment to cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ, IdentityNow, NetIQ, and One Identity platforms.
  • Handle identity lifecycle management, RBAC, SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and federation-based access control.
  • Conduct architecture assessments and gap analysis to improve IAM implementations according to industry standards (Zero Trust, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful IAM strategy alignment with organizational security and compliance goals.
  • Automate user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Translate business requirements and regulatory policies into IAM security requirements and technical designs.
  • Support IAM audits and provide detailed documentation for compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of dedicated experience in IAM and security consulting.
  • Hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, NetIQ, and One Identity.
  • Strong development background: Core Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, Oracle DB, Unix Shell Scripting, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Proficient in modern authentication protocols: SSO, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML.
  • Working knowledge of IAM in cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS exposure is a plus).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to CISOs, CIOs, and audit stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • CyberArk Defender, BeyondTrust BCIE, or similar IAM/PAM certifications
  • Cloud Security Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Security, AWS Security)
  • CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
