Job Summary

As a Senior UX/UI Product Designer, you will be pivotal in optimizing user conversion rates from sign-up to full access, improving course completion rates, and developing viral referral mechanisms. We are particularly interested in candidates who have prior experience with conversion optimization and crypto projects.

Working collaboratively with our cross-functional teams, you will design the UX/UI of our online platform to enhance user engagement and drive conversion through data-driven design decisions. You’ll also focus on landing page optimizations and A/B testing, particularly with Webflow. This role requires a high level of autonomy, creativity, and the ability to deliver brilliance.

Responsibilities

• Conversion-Focused Design: Drive the design of the entire UX/UI in Figma with a focus on optimizing conversion rates through data-driven design and experimentation.
• Improve Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance user engagement and encourage course completion and referrals.
• User Research and Testing: Conduct and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with our brand’s vision and drive the creative direction of our products.
• Landing Page Optimization: Utilize your expertise in Webflow to continuously improve landing page effectiveness and user conversion.
  
  

Requirements

• MUST HAVE: Understanding & proven experience within cryptocurrency and trading industries.
• Minimum of 5 years in UX/UI design, with a proven track record in conversion optimization and experience with A/B testing & referral mechanisms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ability to work within Looker (Data) and AB Test experience.
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative spirit, capable of driving projects and sharing insights across teams; with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design work across multiple mediums and channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
