Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 7 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core Java Ant Gradle Maven SQL AWS Linux Basics Python and AlloyDB. This role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. The Sr. Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our companys goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Core Java Ant Gradle Maven SQL AWS Linux Basics Python and AlloyDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability of code.
Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages like Python.
Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage applications in the cloud.
Document software designs code and processes for future reference.

Qualifications

Must have strong experience in Core Java Ant Gradle and Maven.
Should be proficient in SQL and have experience with database management.
Must have hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based deployments.
Should have a good understanding of Linux Basics and system administration.
Experience with Python for scripting and automation is required.
Knowledge of AlloyDB is essential for database management.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is desirable.
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.

AWS Certified Developer Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Certified SQL Developer
