Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of commercial fit-out, furniture, and facilities management projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple workstreams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across fit-out, FM, and furniture.
  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, procurement tracking, and progress reporting.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and clear communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, trackers, and risk logs.
  • Monitor timelines and budgets, highlighting potential delays or issues early.
  • Assist with client updates and preparation of handover documentation.
  • Help organise site access, deliveries, and necessary health & safety documentation.


Skills & Experience


  • Experience in a project coordination or support role within construction, interiors, or workplace design.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Excel, Teams, Monday.com or similar).
  • Knowledge of fit-out, facilities, or furniture processes is highly desirable.
