• $450-$550/day including superannuation

About The Role

As a Data Analyst, you will help structure customer feedback, uncover insights, and surface key themes and opportunities for product improvement. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Organize and code customer feedback into clear, actionable themes.
• Produce regular insight reports highlighting key user trends.
• Flag urgent product issues raised in feedback.
• Manually review and triage user feedback into product categories.
• Identify patterns and opportunities to automate feedback coding.
• Collaborate with product teams to refine categorization and taxonomy.
• Conduct quality control of triaged feedback (bugs, feature requests, usability issues).
• Support improvements to feedback systems and processes.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• 3-4 years' experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience working with large, web-based datasets.
• Familiarity with SQL, Elastic Search, or similar query tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.
• Ability to interpret ambiguous or translated feedback with accuracy.
