ZTE Austria is currently hiring for Engineering Manager who bases in Vienna.

Responsibilities

• Team guidance on technical procedures.
• Definition on implementation process, process effort and technical guideline.
• Coordination of subcontractors, supervision and training in order to ensure de adequate technology use and quality.
• Monitor the implementation work to ensure the quality standards required.
• Define the work methodology and collaborate with the PD.
• Monitor & Train Coordinators / Suppliers - and any other role with involvement in the project.
• Confirm and verify WCC.
• Make a reasonable project plan and deliver it effectively according to this plan.

Qualification & Requirements

• Technical and Functional Expertise over FTTH solutions.
• Experience in subcontractor management.
• Understanding the business.
• Results oriented and Teamwork.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
• Leadership and Personal Effectiveness.
• Advanced use of Excel.
• Familiar with construction technology specifications and accept to travel to site area in Lower Austira.
• Almost native German skills, English fluently to communicate.
