- Coordinate vulnerability scanning activities (infrastructure and application layers), manage remediation timelines, and track compliance KPIs.
- Oversee IAM program implementation including process improvements in JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), RBAC, privilege access reviews, and federated identity.
- Manage 3rd-party vendors and tools to ensure deliverables align with regulatory expectations.
- Organize workshops and steering committees with CISO office, Risk & Compliance, and IT Operations.
- Maintain clear documentation (roadmaps, RAID logs, security control mappings) and produce regular executive-level reporting.
- Ensure alignment with security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management with at least 3+ years in Cybersecurity-related projects within financial or similarly regulated industries.

- IAM Expertise: Familiarity with Identity Governance tools (SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk) and concepts such as SSO, MFA, RBAC, and Zero Trust.
- Tools & Tech: Practical knowledge of vulnerability scanning platforms (Tenable, Qualys), reporting with Power BI or ServiceNow, and secure cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
