Financial Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Analyst to join our team and drive business success through data. In this role, you will support various functions, including data management, reporting, analytics, data analysis, data modelling, data profiling, and data visualization.

Main responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop automated reports and visualizations using BI tools to present analysis results effectively.
• Manage financial planning process - model, analyse and forecast metrics that impact budgeting, forecasting and business decisions.
• Direct work with Head of Finance to synchronize business requirements and technical implementation of financial analysis and reporting solutions. Validate that technical implementation meets business requirements.
• Participation in special projects under the guidance of Head of Finance.
• Support management with various complex business modelling challenges and ad hoc tasks.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, controlling or management accounting in an international environment.
• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Data preparation and data modelling, data gateway and warehousing skills.
• Financial modelling and forecasting skills.
• Understanding of business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications.
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
