Azure Cloud Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud Architect to design and implement cloud-native, scalable, and secure solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will play a critical role in driving strategic cloud initiatives, leading architecture design sessions, and ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions. This role requires a blend of deep technical knowledge, architectural expertise, and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end Azure solutions covering compute, network, storage, identity, and security.
• Evaluate and select appropriate Azure services for reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure cloud solutions.
• Define architecture best practices and ensure alignment with organizational standards and governance.
• Provide technical leadership to development and infrastructure teams during project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments, architectural reviews, and optimization efforts.
• Keep up to date with the latest Azure services, tools, and industry best practices.
  
  

Your Competencies:

• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, Bicep/ARM
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• knowledge of Microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) – Completed / in Progress
• Experience in hybrid cloud environments and cloud migration strategies
• Comfortable presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven leadership skills within cross-functional teams
• Fluency in Finnish and English is mandatory
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven customer-facing consulting experience
• Background in software development (.NET, Java, or Python)
• Prior experience in application modernization projects for large enterprises.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API management
• Experience in Design and implementing secure identity and access management strategies using Microsoft Entra ID, SAML, OAuth2, and federated identity
