DevOps Engineer – Contract Hybrid Dublin

What’s involved:

• Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) scripts using Bicep to automate Azure resource provisioning.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and optimise cloud infrastructure performance and costs.
• Network design and configuration in a hybrid environment, including Microsoft landing zone hub-spoke network architecture, isolated networking in Azure, DNS (private DNS zones and private
• DNS resolver), routing, firewalls, network security groups, Azure Front Door and Web Application Firewall.

What you need:

• +5 years’ experience in similar role
• Strong experience in developing, extending, and maintaining software frameworks for tooling development
• Experience of Python development,
• Experience of Azure IaC development, ideally using Bicep
• Experience of Azure network design and configuration in a hybrid (on-premises and cloud) environment
• experience in the configuration and management of Azure environments
• Must be based in Ireland
