📍 Location: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite in Dublin)

💶 Salary: €75,000 – €110,000

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a leading financial services organisation with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. This role is ideal for someone at Manager or Senior Manager level with deep expertise in the banking sector and hands-on experience with the Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).

You’ll be responsible for owning the product backlog, setting priorities, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a passion for building the right products the right way.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising work aligned with business goals
• Champion the end-user, ensuring all solutions deliver real customer value
• Drive Agile delivery practices, leading sprints and key ceremonies
• Guide the team on feature delivery within the Guidewire platform
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define and deliver solutions
• Translate complex banking processes into actionable technical requirements
• Act as a subject matter expert in both banking operations and Guidewire

Key Requirements

✅ Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in banking or financial services

✅ Strong understanding of Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter)

✅ Experience leading delivery teams and engaging senior stakeholders

✅ Familiarity with banking processes, compliance, and customer journey mapping

✅ Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments with a continuous improvement mindset

✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

✅ Based in Ireland and within commuting distance of Dublin (hybrid model, 2 days onsite per week)
