UX Design and Implementation (Remote)

Our Client is looking for a UX Engineer who blends design thinking with front-end implementation skills to craft accessible, intuitive, and aesthetically refined user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring their neuroinclusive design principles to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prototype, and refine user interfaces using Figma and other design tools
• Translate UX/UI designs into functional front-end components using React (or Vue/Svelte) and CSS frameworks
• Advocate for neuroinclusive and accessible design, ensuring WCAG compliance
• Work alongside developers to bridge the gap between design and implementation
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on designs
• Optimize UI performance and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes
• Maintain and enhance our design system and component library
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong UX/UI skills, with a portfolio showcasing design systems, user flows, and prototypes in Figma.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (Tailwind or similar), JavaScript/TypeScript, and familiarity with React or another modern front-end framework.
• Experience with design tokens, component libraries, and scalable UI systems.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation).
• A collaborative mindset - able to work closely with engineers, product managers, and endusers.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
• Familiarity with motion design, AI-driven UX, or Webflow/No-Code tools
