How You’ll Live Your Ambition

From our offices in Genoa, as HR People Analytics you will play a pivotal role in providing useful insights and reports improving the efficiency of the crew management process. You will be responsible for implementing new technological solutions, maintaining existing systems, and analyzing technical data to ensure HR systems effectively support business needs.

Demonstrate your passion

• Contribute to the development of the crew management analysis and reporting.
• Participate, mediating with other stakeholders, in the definition of the most appropriate schedule of the enhancement of the crew management system.
• Advance your skills with Power BI to create insightful and actionable reports.
  
  

Get things right

• Collaborate with the IT department to prioritize and resolve system issues/bugs related to the crew management system.
• Promote and support our HR analytical initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  
  

What Makes You Unique

• You have at least 3 years of experience as Data Analyst. Experience gained in the HR field will also be considered relevant.
• Experience acquired in complex, multinational companies will be a considerable asset.
• Degree in Economics, Engineering, ICT, or a related field.
• As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English and Italian.
• You are able to use Power Bi, data mining, Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
