What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing/ implementing custom AI applications, from chatbots to process automation tools
• Translating diverse datasets and legacy systems into scalable, modular AI solutions
• Deciding when to enhance existing technology and when to build new solutions from scratch
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to turn ambitious ideas into working prototypes and production-ready systems
• Delivering projects that have a direct impact on how clients operate and succeed

Essential Skills:

✅ Experience with Python and a strong knack for problem-solving

✅ Familiarity with modern AI concepts such as RAG and vector databases

✅ Comfortable with version control and project management tools

✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✅ Eagerness to learn and adapt as AI technologies evolve

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
• Experience building data pipelines or working with MLOps
• Professional proficiency in Dutch (native not required, but welcome)
