Job Description
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR team in our Delta Hoofddorp office. Some of the main responsibilities will be:
- Recruit, Source, Select and bring the talent on board
- Support the business for a variety of HR tasks
- Cooperate with external vendor for the payroll activity
- Constantly improve the daily operation and processes
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of the Labor Law
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent English communication skills; 2nd European language is a plus
- Flexible, agile and looking for the challenges
- Structured thinking and dealing with complexity
- Strong communication skills
