Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: Amstelveen, Netherlands (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Contract Type: Contract position initially 6 months with further potential extensions

Max Rate: €65/hour

Start Date: After successful screening (approx. 2 months)

Language Requirement: Dutch & English fluent is mandatory

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to lead and execute a full transformation of multiple networks into a unified, future-proof infrastructure. You will be responsible for setting up and managing backups, implementing advanced monitoring, and visualizing capacity usage. You will actively contribute to building a renewed infrastructure and improving network predictability and performance.

You will collaborate closely with production teams and product owners, acting as a reliable partner and helping to foster a shared understanding of the technical and organizational context.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Agile IT infrastructure environments
• HBO (higher professional education) level or equivalent proven by diploma or experience
• Able to work independently and in teams, with a proactive, collaborative mindset
• Preferably certified in CCNA or CCNP
• Affinity with technology and Infra-ICT

Note: Screening process will take approximately 2 months. The role can only start upon successful completion.
