IT Project Manager

As part of our strong growth, we are recruiting full-time IT Project Managers (M/F) to work on strategic projects for our Swiss clients — key players in the watchmaking, machinery, energy, pharmaceutical, and aerospace industries.

Role and responsibilities:

• Lead IT projects from end to end (from scoping to go-live), in direct collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and associated risks
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams (business, IT, integrators, service providers)
• Prepare and lead steering committees and project follow-up meetings
• Draft key project documentation (specs, test plans, deliverables, change management plans, etc.)
• Monitor project progress and ensure the quality of deliverables
• Support end users in the adoption of new tools
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and external vendors

Required skills:

• Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals (planning, monitoring, risk management, reporting)
• Proven experience in managing IT projects
• Good understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, autonomy, and team coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus

Profile sought:

• Master’s degree (engineering or equivalent) in IT or project management
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in English; French and German are a plus
• Valid work authorization in Switzerland
• Previous experience in industrial environments is highly appreciated (manufacturing, pharma, watchmaking…)
