DevOps Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in DevOps, enterprise architecture, and cloud platforms, with a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and containerization. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement DevOps strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks
• Lead containerization initiatives using Docker and manage orchestration via Kubernetes
• Architect and oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery pipelines
• Apply Agile practices for rapid, iterative development and deployment
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and frameworks
• Provide guidance and mentorship to DevOps engineers and developers
• Maintain documentation and governance aligned with TOGAF or Zachman methodologies

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure architecture, or system engineering
• Hands-on expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Strong experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and security best practices
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Terraform, Ansible)
• Certification in TOGAF or Zachman or similar enterprise architecture frameworks

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in hybrid cloud environments
• DevOps-related certifications (AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Experience with GitOps practices and tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
