Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Remote from Poland

Duration: 6 months+ extensions

Job Description

• Product management expertise in agile environments for GRC related use cases
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technology solutions
• Experience working in teams across time zones
• Deep understanding of integration concepts and technologies (ETL vs. ELT, event streaming vs. restful API calls, data pipelines, database solution such as Snowflake etc.)
• 5+ years of experience with one or more cloud hyper-scalers and integration platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
• 5+ years of experience with one or more Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms (ServiceNow and custom SaaS based product development)
• Ability to establish trust-based relationships with business stakeholders, and to thought partner with business teams
• Influencing skills that drive alignment with a breadth of stakeholders in a non-hierarchical environment
• Mastery of wide range of product management and design thinking techniques and tools such as customer journey maps, service blueprints, vision workshops, roadmaps, storymaps
