AlBaz Group is seeking a brilliant and creative Web Developer to join our growing team and play a vital role in scaling our online presence and driving e-commerce success.

We are looking for a visionary developer — someone who doesn’t just build websites, but creates digital experiences that convert visitors into loyal customers.

What You Will Do:

✅ Develop and manage fully functional, high-performance Shopify stores.

✅ Customize themes and apps to optimize user experience and drive sales.

✅ Create and maintain online stores and Point-of-Sale (POS) integrations.

✅ Plan and execute digital marketing strategies using social media platforms and Google Ads.

✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation strategies.

✅ Optimize SEO, page speed, and user journeys for maximum ROI.

✅ Monitor analytics, generate reports, and suggest improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

🎯 Proven experience in Shopify development (minimum 3 years preferred).

🎯 Strong skills in front-end and back-end website development.

🎯 Solid knowledge of Social Media Marketing & Google Ads.

🎯 Creativity in designing UI/UX and developing engaging websites.

🎯 Experience in integrating online stores with POS systems.

🎯 Ability to work independently and proactively suggest digital improvements.

🎯 Bonus: Knowledge of graphic design tools and email marketing platforms.
