Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior LLM Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions utilizing large language models. This role involves working on state-of-the-art NLP applications, integrating LLMs into scalable systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies and a passion for innovation.​

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications for various use cases, including content personalization, chatbots, and search optimization.​
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama) for specific business needs.​
• Implement advanced NLP techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), sentiment analysis, and text summarization.​
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.​
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI models in production environments.​
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in LLMs and NLP, incorporating them into development projects.​

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.​
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning and NLP, with a focus on large language models.​
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.​
• Hands-on experience with LLMs like GPT, BERT, Llama, and frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers.​
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques, including prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.​
• Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).​
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.​
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.​
