Backend Developer

Eldorado.gg is an online marketplace for buying and selling in-game items, accounts, and services for games like RuneScape, World of Warcraft, Fortnite, League of Legends, and more. Founded in 2018, Eldorado has quickly become a go-to platform for gamers worldwide to trade digital in-game assets.

We are currently looking for experienced Backend Developers to join our team. Our team is leveling up - hiring multiple new team members and accepting applicants from junior to senior level.

In this position, you will:

• Be responsible for the backend development of Eldorado.gg;
• Improve the stability and performance of our backend systems;
• Build Eldorado's core systems and build features that help all product development teams;
• Work closely with our product owner and QA teams to release high-quality updates;
• Shape the future of Eldorado through product planning and feature brainstorms.

Our technology stack:

• Backend: .Net 8 + Azure SQL;
• Frontend: Angular 16, migrating to 17;
• Cloud: Azure;

We expect you to have:

• At least one year of experience in C#, .NET software development;
• Experience working with web projects;
• Experience in designing and integrating REST APIs;
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages.

You will stand out if you have (not required):

• Worked with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Grafana, Application performance monitoring;
• Worked with Azure, Service Bus, Docker, Bitbucket;
• Worked with Azure AI Search or Apache Lucene;
• Passion for video games and gaming culture.

The salary range for this position is up to €6100 gross per month, depending on your competence and experience level.
