Senior Mobile Quality Assurance (Banking)

This role is about:

In the Open Banking Team, you will be part of a team of experts, their sole mission is to ensure that our Banking services are running smoothly and solving real life problems. The Open Banking team will kick-start our Open Banking journey - As part of this team you are expected to solve problems with sustainable solutions and with scalability in mind.

You will:

Work closely with Business Analyst and Engineers validating assumptions and testing user flows
Participate in requirements gathering and understand business objectives for new features and system changes
Work towards a launch of a new product which will generate new verticals to the company
Test features according to Acceptance Criteria and overall Sprint goals
Design and develop comprehensive test plans covering functionality, performance, security, and usability
Execute manual and automated test cases using various testing tools and methodologies
Identify, document, and report bugs and defects in a clear and concise manner
Analyze test results, recommend solutions, and track bug fixes to closure
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective
Advocate for quality over quantity in every single feature delivered
Be the first line of defense when it comes to bug reporting

What we need:

At least 2 years of experience in the payment or ecommerce domain is mandatory experience for the role to have.
At least 7 years of experience in software test is mandatory experience for the role to have
Proficient in Appium, Espresso, XCTest is mandatory skill for the role to have
Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and testing processes (for example ISTQB) is a Bonus skill, not mandatory
Experience with source control systems and deployment processes (for example GitLab CI/CD) is a Bonus skill, not mandatory
Knowledge of Network Debugging (Charles Proxy, Wireshark) is a Bonus skill, not mandatory
Knowledge of Performance Testing (Firebase Performance, Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments) is a Bonus skill, not mandatory
Knowledge of Cloud Testing (Firebase Test Lab, AWS Device Farm, Browser, Stack) is a Bonus skill, not mandatory
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
A customer-centric, empathetic mindset with excellent listening skills
An ability to focus on what counts, creating simple solutions to deliver fast results
