Project

Ben has 2 roles open for his feature teams. The majority of the work focuses on supporting credit policy and the credit line space for small businesses. They primarily work with APIs, infrastructure, Java, Spring Boot, etc. The project work varies – some API work, possibly Golang for event-driven architecture, Lambdas and possibly Fargate, and there’s some work that goes into the frontend with agent servicing so dealing with Angular or Vue is a possibility but that’s on the lighter side.

Either Java or Golang is fine for the primary language – they really need people who can jump around as needed as they work on a variety of technologies. They also have the support to move around and kind of work to everyone’s strengths.

Angular is a preferred requirement, not a hard requirement.

There are 4 people on each team (5 after they hire these contractors). They are moving the team entirely to Richmond so all of their teammates will be in the office with them.
