Our client, a leading company in the financial technology and crypto assets space, is seeking an exceptional Managing Director to drive strategic growth, innovation, and regulatory excellence for a licensed crypto asset service provider.

📍 Location: Lithuania

💼 Compensation: 85.000 - 140.000 € annual gross salary depending on experience + Bonus Component

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all regulatory, compliance, and licensing processes, ensuring full alignment with global and local frameworks, including AML and EU Regulation (EU) 2023/1114.
• Develop and execute long-term business strategies that promote sustainable growth in a fast-paced crypto market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and partners, while enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
• Spearhead innovation in blockchain technology, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals.
• Lead a diverse team, fostering a strong organizational culture and managing change through market disruptions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5-10 years of executive leadership experience within the crypto, blockchain, or financial technology sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of crypto assets, financial services, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong strategic planning, risk management, and financial analysis skills.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving innovation, and solving complex problems in high-pressure environments.
• Experience managing licensing processes and a strong understanding of Lithuanian and European crypto regulations.
