Technical Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex environment will also make you an ideal candidate. 

Responsibilities:

• Should have working experience on Postgres/Oracle , knowledge in Unix ,Linux, JAVA
• Telecom Domain experience and exposure is mandatory
• Exposure to Document database (Preferably MongoDB)
• Exposure on Rest and JSON services
• Linux hands on and Infrastructure troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Applications.
• Good problem solving skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail.
• Should have good written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of other engineers worldwide to meet aggressive goals and high quality standards.
• Should be strong in problem solving and analytical skills, Debugging and Reviews
• Responsible for the translation and dissemination of acquired knowledge concerning problem resolution with peers, field and as appropriate customers.

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years working experience with 1-2 years experience support/working in a telecom provider environment
