We’re Hiring: Investment Project Manager (Chemical Manufacturing)

Location: Rivne, Ukraine

Employment: Full-time

Industry: Chemical and Wood Processing Industry

An international company specializing in innovative production solutions is launching a new project and is looking for an Investment Project Manager to join the team in Rivne.

Key Responsibilities:

At the initial stage:

• Lead the investment project for the construction of a chemical production facility;

• Coordinate with external and local designers, suppliers, and contractors;

• Manage the investment project team;

• Oversee construction activities, equipment installation, and plant commissioning.

In the long run:

• Transition into the Plant Manager role.

Requirements:

• Higher education in organic chemistry or petrochemistry;

• Experience in leadership roles at production facilities;

• Strong team management skills;

• Fluent English (project working language); •

Understanding of CAD systems;

• Proactive, responsible, and organized approach.
